Construction technology

1) The substrate must be solid, flat, clean, and free of dust, oil, wax, release agents, and other debris. For metal substrates, spraying can be done directly without wetting the surface.

2) Open the lid and stir evenly before use. Stir intermittently during application to prevent sedimentation. If there is rust, first treat it with a rust converter.

3) Apply one or two coats as needed (the second coat should be applied perpendicular to the first). After completing the first coat, wait 1-2 hours until the surfaces is dry before applying the next coat. Full curing time is 24-48 hours.

Matters needing attention

1. Suitable for application at 5 °C – 45 °C. During construction, protect the coating from rain, direct sunlight, strong wind, high temperature, low temperature, and enclosed spaces.

2. The mixed slurry must be used within one hour. Do not add water to re-use slurry that has already set.

3. In low-temperature areas, antifreeze should be added during transportation. Store unopened materials in a cool, dry place. Shelf life is two years.
