Product advantages

This product is a one-component liquid material synthesized by our company using a variety of additives and a variety of silicon materials according to the specified ratio.

It has strong penetration and polymerization strength, allowing it to reach deep into the base layer. After curing, it becomes hard as iron, forming a transparent, bright surface that does not attract dust. It bonds well with various topcoats, can be sprayed or brushed, and is simple and easy to apply. During curing, it converts rust into a dense black compound, which can serve directly as a primer.

The scope of application

1.Suitable for any steel structure, metal surface rusting, oxidation, aging treatment; 

2.The construction base is required to be free of oil and water, and a dry base is better;

3.During construction, the base surface does not need to be cleaned or rinsed, and this product can be used directly for construction.

4.This product can be sprayed or brushed, and can be brushed 6 to 8 square meters per kilogram;

Construction technology

1) Remove loose rust and debris for best results;

2) Ensure the base surface is dry and free of oil;

3) Spray or brush evenly, ensuring complete coverage;

4) Allow natural curing; Allow natural curing; after curing, the black compound layer works best when used together with our water-based metal anti-rust paint;

Matters needing attention

1.Seal the container tightly after use to avoid volatilization and contamination.

2.Avoid mixing with other materials.

3.In low temperature or high humidity, curing time will be extended.

4.Transport and store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight, rain, and high temperatures.

5.Construction should be carried out in dry weather. Avoid application on rainy or extremely humid days to ensure proper curing and film formation.
