K11 Universal Waterproof Coating

Product advantages

1. It resists high hydrostatic pressure and has the waterproof function of the  back surface; it can be constructed in damp areas; it is easy to operate, and it can be used only by stirring on site;

2. Good abrasion resistance, good adhesion, good air permeability, suitable tile glue can be used to paste various decorative tiles after drying;

It is non-toxic and harmless, and can be used in pools and fish ponds;

The scope of application

It can be used for indoor and outdoor waterproofing projects of various building structures such as concrete, brick walls, concrete blocks, and prefabricated blocks, including subway stations, mines, tunnels, elevator shafts, basements, kitchens, toilets, bathrooms, pools, swimming pools, sewage tanks, etc.

Base preparation

1) The substrate must be firm, flat, clean, free of dust, greasy, wax, release agent, etc. and other debris;

2) All small pores and sand holes can be mixed with K11 powder and a little water to form a wet mass, and then smoothed;

3) Before applying the slurry, fully moisten the substrate in advance, but there should be no stagnant water;

Construction technology

Pour the powder into a container with additives, stir mechanically for 3 minutes until there is no precipitated colloid, and then let it stand for 3-5 minutes, then stir it for use. Intermittent stirring should be maintained during use to prevent precipitation. Use a stiff brush, roller or spray machine to evenly brush or spray the  mixed slurry on the wet substrate;  layer construction, the second  layer should be applied perpendicular to the first layer; the thickness of each layer must not be more than 1mm.

Matters needing attention

1. This product is suitable for use in an environment of 5℃ ~ 35℃ , and must be protected from rain, hot sunlight and frost during the construction process;

2. The slurry after opening and adjustment should be used up within 1 hour. Do not mix the dried glue with water before using it;

3. After the waterproof layer is completely dried, other covering layers can be used;
