The scope of application

The sound-absorbing coating is suitable for a wide range of fields, including buildings, large public facilities, factories, transportation vehicles, ships, and machinery for vibration and noise reduction. It is also ideal for theaters, studios, airports, subways, multifunctional halls, hotels, schools, conference rooms, residences, museums, and entertainment venues, as well as interior and exterior walls, ceilings, corridors, metal panels, glass structures, pipelines, elevators, and mechanical equipment. Once applied, it provides excellent sound absorption and insulation, effectively reducing and alleviating noise.

Construction technology

1. Clean and level the substrate, filling gaps with mortar; ensure it is firm, free of oil and standing water.

2. Apply a primer to strengthen the surface and check for looseness to ensure good adhesion.

3. After curing, spray or brush the coating at a thickness of ≥3mm for best performance.

4. After 24 hours of drying, follow-up finishing layers can be applied.

5. For direct decorative use, spray 2–3 coats for a uniform and aesthetic finish.

Matters needing attention

1. Apply and store between 5–45°C.

2. Ensure good ventilation during application; use ventilation equipment in enclosed areas.

3. Wear appropriate protective gear during construction.

4. Store in a cool, dry, ventilated place, away from direct sunlight.

5. On a leveled substrate, 1kg covers approximately 1m².
